Basic Scenario

Problem: Client wanted to create leadership content related to constructive feedback but didn't have the time or resources for full-scale scenario development

Solution: REALx Designs designers met the customer where they were, creating a basic scenario that jumpstarted conversations in an in-person workshop

How we would improve: The designers at REALx Designs understand the importance of meeting customers where they are, while also advocating for users. In this particular instance, the customer was not open to allocating the necessary resources for a
full-blown scenario and that's just how it goes sometimes.

 

Being seasoned professionals in the Learning Experience (LX) Design space, however, we know a good scenario has weighted options so the results/ending would take into account deviations in the user's choices - not always choosing the "best" option and not always choosing the "worst" option. We also understand the importance of providing an opportunity to correct mistakes, as learning from mistakes is one of the best ways for us to learn.
